Islamic counselling is focused to help the individual find solutions to modern problems that is in accordance to ones natural disposition (fitra). We know how important it is for Muslims to have an Islamic perspective in personal issues, hence we offer a holistic approach to support your wellbeing.

Insha’Allah we can help with a variety of counselling matters, including but not limited to:

  • Self-harm

We offer a safe and confidential environment to discuss issues that may be causing you distress, confusion or conflict. Please note: Counselling sessions are for two hours and need to be booked in advance–online.

Our approach is based upon the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and helps to strengthen ones emaan and reliance on Allah.
