Delivery Options

Ruqyah Centre offers the following delivery options for all online orders.

All orders above £100 will qualify for free next day delivery.


Note: All prices exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be included in the total amount due.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes
which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any
such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact
your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


If import duties and taxes remain unpaid, we are under no obligation to compensate for any losses as a result of
destruction or abandonment of your order.


Please note: We do not ship to PO Box, BFPO, APO or FPO addresses. We do not offer delayed or named-day
deliveries. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled and despatched within the timelines specified above.


For large orders, you may receive a call from our Customer Services team as additional charges may apply.

Weekend Delivery

All orders placed over the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) will be shipped on the following Monday.

We do not ship cordials or other liquids internationally.

International Delivery


For purchases from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be due and payable in the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for payment of all such charges.


If you are buying internationally, we recommend contacting your local customs authorities for further details
on costs and procedures. As the buyer, you are the importer of record and must ensure compliance with local laws.


Goods may be inspected on arrival for customs purposes. We cannot guarantee that packaging will be free from signs
of inspection and cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays.

Returns Policy

Returning Unwanted Items


Ruqyah Centre offers a 14-day return policy on all items, excluding personalised or customised products.


Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the
customer, and returned items remain at your risk until received by us.


Items must be returned unopened, with seals unbroken and in their original condition.


To return unwanted items, please email sales@ruqyahcentre.org
within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you wish to return by post or in store

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

Returning Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items


Ruqyah Centre offers free returns for items that are damaged in transit, incorrect or defective.


Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing
sales@ruqyahcentre.org.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) to be returned
  • Photographs of the item(s)
  • Description of the issue
  • Whether you want a refund or replacement
  • Return method (post or in store)


Once approved, we will issue a RMA number and provide either a return label or in-store return instructions.


Refunds and replacements will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Delivery charges are refunded only if the full order is returned.
