Each session is carefully guided and may include:

• Qur'anic recitation for treatment
• Instructions for participants to follow along
• General guidance based on common conditions

During sessions, some participants may experience physical or emotional reactions such as discomfort, tiredness, or other sensations. These responses are normal and can occur as part of the Ruqyah process.

Once your place is confirmed, access details will be sent 24 hours before the programme begins.

Requirements:

• Participants must be 18 years or older
• Under 18s must attend with a parent or guardian

All sessions will take place via Google Meet. Please ensure the software is installed and ready prior to the start date.

For the best experience:

• It is strongly recommended to use a laptop or PC, as mobile phones may cause interruptions or reduce audio quality during sessions
• Use of headphones is advised to improve clarity, focus, and overall concentration during Ruqyah

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a refund (processed within 14 working days)
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the programme are non-refundable
