Senna Leaves, commonly known as Sana Makki, are one of the most respected remedies in Prophetic Medicine (Tibb an-Nabawi), widely used for spiritual detox, sihr removal, and cleansing the body of harmful energies and impurities.

Returns Policy

Returning Unwanted Items

Ruqyah Centre offers a 14-day return policy on all items, excluding personalised or customised products.

Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returned items remain at your risk until received by us.

Items must be returned unopened, with seals unbroken and in their original condition.

To return unwanted items, please email sales@ruqyahcentre.org within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you wish to return by post or in store

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

Returning Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Ruqyah Centre offers free returns for items that are damaged in transit, incorrect or defective.

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@ruqyahcentre.org.

Once approved, we will issue a RMA number and provide either a return label or in-store return instructions.
