Ruqyah Water / Spiritual Cleansing:

• Use 5–7 fresh or dried Sidr leaves, slightly crushed, in a clean container of water.

• Recite Qur’anic verses (e.g. Ayat al-Kursi, Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nās, and recommended Ruqyah verses), blow gently onto the water — intention (niyyah) is essential. 

• Drink a few sips (if advised by a Rāqī) and wash/bathe with the rest, from head to feet, for full purification.
